Core QC checks

Item type, color, size, and quantity match the source listing and order notes.
Front, back, side, sole, label, tag, and packaging views are clear enough for the item category.
Measurements are requested for shoes, pants, jackets, or anything where fit matters.
Stains, shape issues, stitching, logo placement, missing parts, and obvious defects are checked.

Extra-photo triggers

Size tag is hidden or blurry.
Color looks different from the source listing.
A label, logo, zipper, sole, or material detail is blocked by packaging.
